The SPC floor installation method is as follows:
Laying a base layer: Lay a base layer on clean, level ground, either using cement mortar or floor screeds, to provide a hard, level work platform. Base thickness is usually 3-5 mm.
Laying a moisture-proof layer: laying a moisture-proof layer on the base layer, generally choose PVC bottom paper or moisture-proof film, to isolate the moisture on the ground.
Attach double-sided tape: Attach double-sided tape to the edge of the floor to prevent the floor from shifting.
Paste the floor: First place the SPC rubber floor in the construction area, and leave a certain edge gap. Then evenly apply the glue to the ground, and then slowly paste the floor on it, gently tap the floor with a rubber mallet to ensure that the floor and the ground are fully pasted. Take care to avoid gaps in the joints between the floors.
Cut the floor: Use the floor cutting tool to cut the floor to a predetermined size and shape as needed.
Cleaning work: Wait for the floor paste to dry, clean up the work area, and remove discarded materials and garbage.
After completing the above steps, the SPC floor installation is complete. However, please note that different brands and models of SPC floor installation methods may be different, so before the actual operation, it is best to refer to the product manual or consult a professional.
