2. Prepare tools: You will need a utility knife (to cut the surface of the floor and then break the floor), a rubber mallet (to strike the seam), a ruler, and other tools.
3. Confirm the environment: ensure that the ground is smooth and there is no cross-construction of other interior decoration projects; Continuous pavement width direction shall not exceed 6 meters, length direction shall not exceed 8 meters, the excess part shall be separated, explain to the customer to confirm. In addition, the direction of the floor laying needs to be determined in consultation with the customer. It is recommended to lay the floor in the direction of light, that is, the direction of laying is perpendicular to the window, which can enhance the depth of the space and be more visually open.

Second, ground treatment

1. Base requirements: SPC floor has higher requirements for the base, and the base must be smooth, firm and dry when laying (the flatness requirement is to measure its deviation with a two-meter long ruler and a solid ruler). 3mm interior). There should be no sand on the surface of the cement; In terms of ground hardness, the volume ratio of screed cement and mortar should be less than 1: it is required to use Dachang cement, and the strength level of cement concrete should not be less than the surface hardness should not be less than c20. 2mpa, the ground hardness can be quickly cut with a sharp bamboo pole, no marks or grooves; Plastic floor surface should be smooth, Yin and Yang Angle square, no edges, no oil, dust and impurities; The width of ground cracks should not exceed 1.0mm; The ground density should be high, the surface should not be too rough, there should not be too many pores, let alone holes and potholes, it should be smooth and smooth; The ground humidity should be controlled on the basis of the ground, the water content is less than 8%, and the ground should be kept dry before construction; The ground elevation should ensure that the bottom edge of the door and the height of the ground will not affect the opening of the door due to the floor laying.
2. Moisture-proof treatment: First lay a film of more than 2.0 mm, the alignment between the film and the film should not overlap, and the interface should be sealed with waterproof tape, leaving around. 5 cm margin against the wall. If it is a solid wood skirting line, the wall side needs to be guided. More than 50 mm (preferably the same height as the skirting line). If it is used for geothermal ground, first floor, large shopping malls and other ground, 0.6 should be laid under the mulch. For films of millimetre thickness (greenhouse films), the joints of every two films should overlap. 200mm, sealed tightly with tape, also left around about. 2 cm allowance folded against the wall.

Third, formal paving

1. Pre-paving: Unpack the floor before installation, place it according to different textures, and try to lay the effect (choose a floor with chaotic floor lines or a large color difference, and lay it under the bed or in an inconspicuous part).
2. Start installation: Try to install the first row of floor from the side of the room near the door. In order to prevent the floor from expanding naturally, it should be reserved between the wall and the floor. The 4-10mm expansion joint will have one side of the tongue facing outward, and add a special pad (should be removed after paving). When installing the floor, use the method of "long before short, press first and push later", as follows:
- First of all, the male slot is completely pressed into the female slot, and the long side of the floor is inserted 45 degrees from the outside to the inside;
- Then press the short side male slot into the female slot completely, and push inward in the same way;
- Continue to use the above method to install other floors on the first floor.

3. Precautions during installation:
- Note that during the installation process, when installing the last piece of the first row, the remaining part of the floor needs to be taken first, and the floor needs to be measured in reverse. Room door frame and other special-shaped processing must be careful, first mark and then cut.
- When installing the second row of flooring, insert the short side tenon into the groove of the previous row of flooring, and gently insert the long side tenon into the corresponding floor groove.
- If there are gaps, you can use a rubber mallet to assist in paving.
- Check the installation once every four rows to ensure that there is no abnormal installation.
- When installing the last row of the edge, whether to use the material head splicing or the whole board tailor, the user should be consulted to explain the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.
- After installation, you should walk back and forth to ensure that the entire floor will not be loose, there is no sense of suspension, and the stampede is no different.
4. End the work: After the floor is properly laid, take out all the special pads reserved for expansion joints; When installing the skirting line, the skirting line should press the surrounding mulch surplus, and use a blade to remove the excess mulch. When installing the skirting line, make a Yin and Yang Angle and do not fall off. The clearance between the baseboard and the door frame is ≤2.0mm, the joint clearance of the baseboard is ≤1.0mm, and the height difference of the baseboard interface is ≤1.0mm. When installing a buckle, determine the installation position of the buckle and measure the dimension of the buckle. The fastener must be installed perpendicular to the door cover and fastened with screws. The fastener is stable and noiseless. The fastener is firmly bonded to ensure the appearance.

Fourth, pavement acceptance

1. Acceptance requirements:
- The door and door cover are cut straight and smooth, and the door can be opened freely;
- The fastening strip should be firm, the nut should not be higher than the surface of the fastening strip, the length and position are appropriate;
- No glue marks, stains, off corners, cracking, scratches and other appearance quality problems on the ground surface;
- The floor expansion joint is not serrated, and the distance from the wall is 8-12mm;
- The ground flatness is controlled at the ground surface of 2 meters and measured by a ruler less than 3mm;
- The contact surface of the baseboard is smooth, the corner is straight, and the nail eye is patched;
- The height of the seam on the floor surface is not more than 0.15mm, and the gap is not more than 0.2mm;
- Floor laying should be firm, not loose, trampling is no different;
- Remove the special pad reserved for the seam.
2. Use and maintenance precautions:
- Indoor humidity ≤ 40% humidification measures should be taken; Ventilation is recommended when the indoor humidity is ≥80%.
- Overweight items should be placed smoothly, furniture and heavy objects can not be pushed and dragged hard, so as not to scratch the surface of the wear layer.
- Do not be exposed to strong sunlight for a long time, and close the curtains when the sun is strong.
- The floor should not be soaked with water. If there is an accident, dry the floor with a dry mop in time.
- Keep the floor dry and clean, if there is dirt on the floor surface, generally dry with a damp mop without dripping water.
- Prevent the floor from being deformed by cooking utensils.
- Floor MATS should be placed in front of the door to reduce the wear of sand on the floor.
- Use floor cleaners to remove spots and stains; Do not use metal tools, nylon friction pads, bleaching powder and other damaged items cleaning.
- If you do not stay for a long time, you must open the window regularly for ventilation.

SPC installed on the floor heating (electric or water heating) on the floor, should also pay attention to the following points:

1. When installing the floor, the water content of the ground shall not exceed 10%; Before the floor is laid, it should be confirmed that the heating system is working normally and the remaining water is evaporated.
2. Three to four days before installation, the heating system should be reduced to the appropriate installation temperature (in the room) 18±3 degrees Celsius; Standard functional components must be used for floor heating, and the temperature of the heating system to the cement floor must not exceed 55 degrees Celsius.
3. On the ground with geothermal heating system, it is strictly prohibited to drill, nail, punch, etc.; Maintain the surface temperature when installing a geothermal floor. The temperature is around 18℃. Before installation, the cement floor should gradually heat up, increasing daily until the standard of 5 ° C is about 18 ° C. After the installation is completed, the head 3 sky, to continue to maintain this temperature, 3 days later can be heated as needed, and only warm up every day. Five degrees Celsius. When using geothermal heating for the first time, pay attention to heating slowly. When used for the first time, the heating gradually heats up three days before the start: the water temperature on the first day is 18 ° C, the second day is 25 ° C, the third day is 30 ° C, and the fourth day can rise to the normal temperature, that is, the water surface temperature is 45 ° C 28 ° C ~ 30 ° C. The temperature must not rise too fast. If it's too fast, the floor may crack and twist due to expansion. When a geothermal heating system is used again after a long period of time, it is heated in strict accordance with the heating procedure, as if it were used for the first time.

In addition, if SPC installation floor lock, also pay attention to the following points:

1. Before installation, the ground should be levelled, and the height error should not exceed 3mm. Reserve space around the wall. 10mm expansion joint.
2. It is not recommended to continuously lay more than 10 rice, if more, it is recommended to leave gaps to prevent arching.
3. What is the appropriate temperature for flooring? The temperature is about 25 ° C, it can be paved at night in summer, and the warm fan can be opened appropriately in winter.
4. After paving, avoid long-term sunlight exposure, such as several floors that are often directly exposed to sunlight on the balcony, you can cover them with carpets, and you can also add shading screens on the Windows.
